Validation Results

Constitutional law (Good Friday Agreement)

  • Scale:      37 structural elements, 30 dependency edges
  • Result:      System independently discovered structural properties that leading scholars have described qualitatively for 25 years. Findings corroborated by 27 years of documented history.

Contract law

  • Scale:      118 structural elements
  • Result:     100% accuracy, unanimous across three independent runs. In 5 of 7 initial discrepancies, the system identified structural patterns that the human expert had missed. The answer key was corrected, not the machine.

Accounting standards (IFRS 15)

  • Scale:      294 structural elements extracted
  • Result:      100% extraction recall. Domain-neutral architecture confirmed.

Accounting standards (IFRS 16)

  • Scale:      Full standard analysed
  • Result:      94.9% extraction recall. Accuracy gaps documented with full provenance.

International tax

  • Scale:      8 corporate arrangements, 3 jurisdictions
  • Result:      Cross-jurisdictional structural patterns discovered mechanically.

The Machine Corrected the Expert

In contract law testing, the system and a human expert independently analysed the same instruments. They disagreed on 7 structural elements. In 5 of those 7 cases, independent adjudication (using established legal analysis, adversarial review, and cross-domain research) determined that the system had identified structural patterns the experts had missed. The answer key was corrected. This is documented with full provenance for every case.
